Thin Ice is a 1937 American romantic comedy movie directed by Sidney Lanfield and starring Sonja Henie, Tyrone Power, Arthur Treacher, Raymond Walburn, Joan Davis. It was distributed by 20th Century Fox and was nominated for an Academy Award in 1938.

The film's plot revolves around Lili Heiser, a skate instructor working at a luxurious hotel in the Swiss Alps. Lili falls in love with a man who regularly goes skiing in the mornings, believing him to be an ordinary tourist. However, she is unaware that he is actually a prince trying to escape the pressures of his royal life.

The movie prominently showcases the skating talents of Sonja Henie, who had previously won gold in the Winter Olympics. Henie transitioned to a successful career as a professional film actress in 1936. The film also features Tyrone Power, who was in the early stages of his acting career at the time.
