Thomas Haden Church (born Thomas Richard McMillen; June 17, 1960) is an American actor, movie director and screenwriter. He first became known when co-starring in the 1990s sitcom Wings. He is best known for his movie appearances including as his Academy Award-nominated role in Sideways (2004) and his role as the Sandman in Spider-Man 3 (2007) and Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021). He also directed the independent movie Rolling Kansas (2003).

Church was born in Woodland, California. He has two children with actress Mia Zottoli.[1]
