Tichina Arnold (born June 28, 1969) is an American actress, singer and model who stars primarily in television programs. She played Pamela James in the sitcom Martin, Rochelle in the television series Everybody Hates Chris and Tina Butler in the CBS television sitcom The Neighborhood. Tichina was born in Queens, New York.
