Torbjørn Røe Isaksen (born 28 July 1978) is a Norwegian politician. He is a member of the Conservative Party. He was the Minister of Labour and Social Inclusion from January 2020 until October 2021. In the past, he has served as Minister of Education and Research (2013–2017, 2017–2018), Minister of Trade and Industry (2018–2020) and acting Minister of Fisheries (2020). He was also an MP from 2009 to 2017. Røe Isaksen was born in Ålesund.

In March 2020, during the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic, Røe Isaksen tested positive for COVID-19.[1]
