Toshio Ojima

Toshio Ojima is a Japanese architect, educator, environmentalist, urban environmental engineer, and urban scientist. He is a doctor of engineering. He was born in the Toyama Prefecture. At Waseda University, he worked on education and research on the architectural and urban environment, and put his research results into practice. He also designed the Tokyo Tower of Babel, a visionary 10,000 meter (32,808 ft.) tall skyscraper, though it was never built.[1]
