Trump Burger is a defunct restaurant chain in Texas, United States. It was founded in Bellville, Texas in 2020. It also had restaurants opening in Bay City, Flatonia, and the Greater Houston area.
The restaurant chain received many cease and desist complaints from the Trump Organization for using their trademarks without permission.
It was reported in August 2025 that a Lebanese national named Beainy, who founded the restaurant, was arrested by the ICE for overstaying his visa. By October 2025, all restaurants within the chain were permanently shut down.
