USA Network is an American television network. It is owned by NBCUniversal (which in turn is owned by Comcast).
USA Network began on September 22, 1977 as the Madison Square Garden Sports Network. It was relaunched as USA Network on April 9, 1980.
USA airs original programming and reruns of network television programs.
