Count Uchida Kōsai (内田 康哉, 17 November 1865 – 12 March 1936) was a Japanese politician active in Meiji, Taishō and Shōwa period Japan. He was also known as Uchida Yasuya. He was the acting Prime Minister of Japan in 1921 and 1923.[1]
