The University of Northern Colorado is a public, coeducational university in Greeley, Colorado. The university has about 12,358 students. It was founded in 1889. The current president of the university is Kay Norton.

The men's athletics teams of the university are called the Bears. They have 15 varsity teams and they compete in the Big Sky Conference.
