Univision Communications Inc. is an American media company/ It is headquartered in Miami, Florida.

Univision Communications Inc. was founded in 1962 as Spanish International Communications Corporation. From September 1996 to April 2007, Univision Communications Inc. traded in the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol UVN. On May 30, 2018, Vincent Sadusky was made the new CEO of Univision. He replaced Randy Falco. Sadusky had previously work for Telemundo and the local station groups LIN Media and Media General.

On February 25, 2020, investment firms ForgeLight (launched by Viacom CFO Wade Davis) and Searchlight Capital bought the 64% controlling stake in the company. This had been held by its investment group ownership at the time. The minority owner Televisa kept its 36% share of the company. As a result, the company was led by Davis as the new CEO. The sale was completed on December 29, 2020.
