Alexandru Zainea (born January 24, 1989)[1], also known as Emanuel Zainea, is a Romanian-born entrepreneur[2], celebrity, philanthropist and fashion photographer. He is known for his out of the box creativity and professionalism, being part of the industry for over a decade, working with celebrities, magazines, luxury brands and high society people from all over the world.

Born Zainea Alexandru Emanuel, Zainea was raised in Bucharest and studied at C.E Hermes. He attended, yet did not graduate from the "New Age Of Photography” and New York Institute of Photography school, which he dropped from, considering that the information provided there was not new to him. A motivated self-learner, the then junior photographer was reading books, attending seminars and practicing photography[3]. Before working as a fashion photographer, Zainea worked as a Chef at Howard Johnson Hotels[4]. Although a culinary connoisseur and cuisine enthusiast, his biggest passion remained photography.[5] 'For me, photography is a very serious topic. Our brain works mainly based on the images that we see, the visual memory keeps them inside our minds and helps us relive important moments from our lives'.[6] Consequently, later on, after building a remarkable career in Romania, he decided to move on in 2016 and expand his brand by moving to London, United Kingdom[7].

The turning point in Zainea ’s career came in 2015[8], when he became known for working with the late romanian top fashion designer, Razvan Ciobanu. They partnered up and created several fashion campaigns[9]. The most controversial of all, was the “Secret Erotic Exhibition”, that was publicly displayed by the designer and gathered positive feedback amongst the public[10].

In 2017, Zainea was invited by the Government of Romania, alongside the distinguished actress [Laura Cosoi] and featuring the fashion brand "Flori de IE”[11], to launch the first Global Photography Exhibition called “Centenary Romania”[12] at the Cultural Institute of Romania in London, showcasing images of the traditional fashion pieces of the country. The exhibition was a great success and went global[13] in Italy, France, USA, Australia, Greece, Copenhagen[14], Dubai and other countries.

After several years of working with celebrities, well-known brands and prestigious magazines[15] from around the world, he settled down in London and decided to become a publisher.  He brought to life a luxury publication called “BRITISH THOUGHTS Magazine", a lifestyle publication with readership across the United Kingdom, United States and Central Europe, focused on the self-development sphere based on the fashion, beauty, art, business and tech world. The magazine took off quickly, featuring celebrities like [Kiera Chaplin] (granddaughter of [Charlie Chaplin]), Mark Powell (British Tailor), Madalina Ghenea (Interanational model), Lord of Hailes, Sam Malin and wife Mrs. Irene Major (model and activist), [Pia Wurtzbach] (former Miss Universe), Reggie Martin and Derek Warburton[16] to name a few.

Discovering his passion for self-development and aiming to give back, Zainea started a Talk Show Podcast with which he spreads the philosophy behind the so-called “secret" of achieving life’s greatness and also aiming to “help, motivate, inspire for the sake of evolution.”

Currently, he is working on a fresh business, connected to the blockchain technology and expanding his portfolio through NFT.

Zainea was involved in bringing to life the awareness video production, called “Santa Action” during the Christmas of 2016 and with his friends, inventor and philanthropist, Miss Grace Bian and actor Kamil Lemie, have made an honourable act of charity, providing food and toys, to kids and families in need
