I have lived outside the U.S. for 45 years mainly in places where English if spoken at all is a second language. I have been teaching and consulting with many who are learning English or want to know it better. I am very excited about finding this Simple English Wikipedia and hope to add to it.

My main interests are in technical fields and religion.

I have made many contributions to the English Wikipedia, almost all related to technical matters, using the name JNRSTANLEY. When I found the simple English Wikipedia, I didn't realize that the same name worked with it so I registered the new name Jonahson. Now I work almost exclusively with that name in Simple English Wikipedia. At least once I inadvertently used the old name because I was using my old computer and didn't realize that it had signed in with the old name, I am not likely to do that again.

Thanks for the help several have given as I am still on a learning curve.
