Recognizing the untapped potential for better-managed dental practices, Gary Kadi, founded NextLevel Practice in 2005 and developed the Complete Health Business Model. NextLevel Practice has guided more than 6,000 dental practices through their step-by-step implementation of this model, resulting in over 7.5 million healthier patients, over $1 billion in increased collections, and thousands of extra, true vacation weeks. Instead of being focused on the patient’s chief complaint, NextLevel’s clients and their teams are focused on their patient’s whole-body health.

NextLevel Practice has been featured in Dentistry Today, the industries' most recognized authority, Inc 5,000, and was awarded the “Us Top Consultant” award for 14 consecutive years. NextLevel was recognized by AAOSH for the President’s Humanitarian Award in 2015.

Early Life

Kadi grew up in North Brunswick, NJ with his little sister and two parents, Marie and Ron Kadi.

As a child, Kadi was a good student that enjoyed playing sports and working in the family business. He credits the time he spent working in the family business to nurturing his entrepreneurial nature and providing him the skills to understand business.

Kadi went on to receive his degree in Business from Rutgers University. After college, he went on to work as a sales rep and regional manager for Merrel Dow, a pharmaceutical company. The skills he acquired from this position in addition to his entrepreneurial spirit, led him to follow his dreams of starting his own marketing company focused on bringing new patients to service providers.

After many years of doing traditional coaching consulting and training, he had a discovery from an unfortunate situation. His father had a massive heart attack and after quintuple bypass, the cardiologist turned to Kadi and said: “you are next!” The very next day Kadi went to work with an amazing group of hygienists who asked about his father and his heart attack and wanted to know about his periodontal condition. Kadi was puzzled as to why he couldn’t make the connection. As a non-clinician, he learned about oral-systemic health. Kadi became obsessed with learning the science and quickly discovered the need to establish a new category of dentistry, implement a process and create a dental and patient education system that empowered its patients. Complete Health Dentistry was born and since then thousands of practices have adopted this philosophy, leaving millions of patients living healthier and happier lives.

Another turning point in Gary Kadi’s life happened in 2008. At this time, Gary had to face what he calls the 3 “ISMs” – his sons diagnosis of Autism, his wife’s stand to address his alcoholism and his self-diagnosed workaholism. The lessons were many and are still paying dividends. Being bigger than circumstances, understanding purpose, people and process and how to create a happy team that implements sustainable results were the symptoms generated from these root cause problems and ultimately led him to find a greater purpose in helping others.

Personal Life

Kadi lives in New York, New York with his wife Judith. The two met when Kadi was a client at her day spa in Hoboken NJ.  After 911, they both realized that life was too short and they both were inspired to allay their fears and became one with a purpose. They were later married in 2003 and share a son Rome Jacob Kadi.

Kadi and his family are passionate about supporting the causes of suicide prevention, neurodiversity, and addiction recovery.
