Your new articles[change source]

Hi, Carrotkit. Thanks for the new articles you have created. For the ones that are based on articles at other Wikipedias, you need to give attribution. That includes articles translated from other-language Wikipedias. It is not enough to say just that the article came from the other Wikipedia: you need to indicate the exact version of the article that was used. I know this can be a pain, but it is a legal requirement. To learn how to do this, see Wikipedia:Transwiki attribution. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 18:29, 1 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notability of The Encyclopedia of Virtual Communities in Hong Kong[change source]

I marked your new article The Encyclopedia of Virtual Communities in Hong Kong for quick deletion as not notable. The article doesn't say why this site is notable. I don't think we need articles for every large Wikia site. Articles should tell why the subject is notable, preferably with a link to a reference besides the website itself. RfD nomination of 2012 Delhi rape case[change source]

An editor has requested deletion of 2012 Delhi rape case, an article you created. We appreciate your changes, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Please comment on the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Requests for deletion/Requests/2013/2012 Delhi rape case and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also change the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns. But you should not remove the requests for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you very much.Rus793 (talk) 14:21, 1 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
