I noticed you were working on the bare urls in the article changing them to full source citations. Thank you that is appreciated here. You might want to read Wikipedia:Citing sources. Note the section on templates. These are fill-in-the-blank source citations. It's a easy way to get started citing sources that are uniform, easy for readers to follow and verify. In patrolling the page, I simplified the sentences and changed several words to make it easier for our readers (which include children and those new to the English language). See Wikipedia:How to write Simple English pages. I also wikified, which means to use wiki markup to link words not in the Basic English wordlist. Thanks, and welcome to Simple English Wikipedia. If you have any questions just ask or post them at Simple talk. User:Rus793 (talk) 20:43, 3 March 2015 (UTC)
Welcome[change source]
Welcome to the Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia! Thank you for your changes, especially what you did for Police. I hope you like changing pages here. Here are some pages that can help you make better changes:
You do not need to log in to read or change articles on the Simple English Wikipedia. However, making an account is quick, easy and free. It also gives you many benefits such as:
- A username of your choice
- Your own user page and/or subpage(s)/sandbox(es)
- Other users can send you e-mails without knowing your address
- The ability to move (rename) pages
- The ability to vote in discussions
- Keep a watchlist to see changes made to pages you are interested in.
You can click here to make an account.
I hope you enjoy your time here. Please sign your comments on talk pages by using four tildes (~~~~). This will make your IP address and the date show up on the page. If you decide to log in, your username and the date will show up instead. Again, welcome, and I hope you decide to stay! Abigor (talk) 05:35, 4 March 2015 (UTC)

- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the change, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Am I allowed to edit the Spanish or Irish language wikipedias, or am I banned from those also?--108.192.73.8 (talk) 19:28, 4 March 2015 (UTC)
- Those sites have nothing to do with us, it is up to them. -DJSasso (talk) 19:32, 4 March 2015 (UTC)
Quick deletion of Law of the excluded middle[change source]
The page you wrote, Law of the excluded middle, has been selected for quick deletion. If you think this page should be kept, please add {{wait}} below the line {{QD}} and say why on the talk page. If the page is already gone, but you think this was an error, you can ask for it to be undeleted. You can find more information about the reason here. This is the discussion page for a person who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. An IP address can be shared by many people. If you feel that things said here are not about you, you can create an account or log in to stop it happening again. |
