"Cities, towns and villages" categories[change source]

Hello. The reason I asked for the categories "Cities, towns and villages in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa" and "Cities, towns and villages in Punjab" to be deleted is that they don't follow our naming convention for this kind of category. These categories should be named "Settlements in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa" and "Settlements in Punjab". However, please remember that a new category should be created ONLY if there are at least three entries for it. That is one of the ways we keep thing simple here.
