If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the change, consider creating an account so you can avoid notices that are not for you.
You have been blocked from changing Wikipedia for 72 hours for bad behavior/harassment.

Once the block has ended you can make helpful changes. Please read Wikipedia's blocking policy and remember that adding spam, making changes that do not have a neutral point of view, making personal attacks on others, not respecting other people's privacy, and vandalizing pages are not allowed. If you do any of these things, you will be blocked again.

If you think this block is unfair, you can ask to be unblocked by adding {{Unblock|your reason here}} below. If you cannot do this or the reason is private please send an e-mail to simple-admins-l@lists.wikimedia.org and an administrator will look at your reason and reply. You may want to read our guide to unblock requests before asking to be unblocked. Auntof6 (talk) 07:18, 20 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators said no to this unblock request. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not unblock the user without a good reason. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Unblock please

Decline reason:

You have not provided a reason to be unblocked. Simply saying "unblock please", will do little considering the fact that you seemed to have come here exclusively to attack administrators of the English Wikipedia and the Wikimedia Commons. I can only assume that you wish to continue the behaviours that lead to your block; I am therefore declining this request. --George (Talk · Contribs · CentralAuth · Log) 12:27, 20 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You listen and you listen good. I did not come here to attack Administrators. They started the whole thing and if they didn't well there wouldn't be any problems. Also, we don't assume. We unblock. For example If I were to tell you to Fart Please. You'd probably do that. Also, if that loser Administrator on the english Wiki did not extend the block to two weeks just I because I blanked MY talk page. Again none of this would've happened but since people want to play games and start crap well then look what happened.
