Novelty theory[change source]
Hello, Attractor321. Thank you for your work here. I've been looking at the article Novelty theory that you created, and I'm afraid the language in it isn't simple enough for this wiki. For that reason, I'm going to move it to your userspace where you can work on simplifying it. It will be moved to User:Attractor321/Novelty theory. You might like to read Wikipedia:How to write Simple English pages for information about how to simplify language. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. --Auntof6 (talk) 09:53, 17 June 2017 (UTC)
Metric expansion of space[change source]
Hello again, Attractor321. Unfortunately, the article about metric expansion of space had the same problem as the one above, so I have moved it to your userspace, too. It is now at User:Attractor321/Metric expansion of space. I recommend that you become more familiar with the requirements of this wiki before you create any more articles. If you have any questions about that, feel free to ask. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 15:51, 29 August 2017 (UTC)
September 2017[change source]
Hello. I am writing to notify you that a thread concerning your editing and article writing has been started by myself, on the Administrators Noticeboard. This is because your editing is very complex and, despite being asked to read and understand how to write simple pages and having your work moved out of the main part of the encyclopedia, you continue to edit using language which a lot of users here would not understand. The thread is here (Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard#User:Attractor321's_changes). You are encouraged to comment. Thank you. DaneGeld (talk) 09:01, 1 September 2017 (UTC)
Hi, Attractor321. I noticed that you have been working on this article in your userspace. In case you didn't know, you will need to remove the enwiki links before you put it back in mainspace. You can change them to local links, even if they're red links. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. --Auntof6 (talk) 07:52, 3 September 2017 (UTC)
Hi again. I'm afraid this article still isn't simple enough, so I have re-userfied it. Please get someone to check it before it is moved back to mainspace. Here are a couple of pages that might help you:
Also, please get an administrator to move it, because moving it yourself leaves a bad cross-namespace redirect. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 07:21, 9 September 2017 (UTC)
Again, the article is not simple enough, so I have moved it back to you userspace again. Please do not move it back yourself. When you think it is ready, get someone to check it and then have an administrator move it. See the links above for information that might help you simplify the text. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 05:56, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
Binding energy[change source]
I'm afraid this article is also not simple enough for this Wikipedia, so I have userfied it also. If you work on it and get it to where you think it's simple enough, then get someone to check it for you. If the other person agrees that it is simple enough, then get an administrator to move the article back to main space so that a redirect is not left behind. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 06:00, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
Creating articles that have been userfied[change source]
Please do not recreate articles in mainspace after they have been userfied due to being too complex. You can work on them in the userfied copy until they are simple enough. --Auntof6 (talk) 06:05, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
Userfied articles[change source]
A couple more articles have been userfied. Here is the list of current subpages in your userspace:
- User:Attractor321/Binding energy
- User:Attractor321/Heat death of the universe
- User:Attractor321/Metric expansion of space
- User:Attractor321/Minimum total potential energy principle
- User:Attractor321/Novelty theory
I really encourage you to read the pages that I linked above about how to write for this Wikipedia. The purpose of this Wikipedia is to write in a way that is understandable by people whose English is not strong. Highly technical language does not fit that purpose. If you have trouble simplifying things, you might want to ask for help at WP:Simple talk: we have one or two people who have simplified technical scientific language before and they might be able to help. Thanks. --Auntof6 (talk) 06:21, 14 September 2017 (UTC)
January 2018[change source]
- Your changes to Potential energy were excessive and required discussion in detail with other editors. Frankly, you completely disrupted a moderately good page. That is not how we behave here. Changes to an established page need to be careful, measured and justified by explanation and communication with other editors. Macdonald-ross (talk) 12:34, 5 January 2018 (UTC)
- You do not listen to anything which is said to you. Your edits to Lorentz factor were far, far, too complex for this wiki. If you write here you MUST write simple English. If you carry on like this you will be blocked from writing on this wiki. Macdonald-ross (talk) 10:16, 10 January 2018 (UTC)
- You must stop edits such as you have continued to make on Potential energy. I reverted all of them. You will be blocked if you continue this disruption. Gotanda (talk) 07:45, 25 January 2018 (UTC)
Vandalism warning[change source]
Your recent changes are vandalism and are not acceptable on any Wikipedia. Please stop. If you continue vandalizing, you will be blocked from changing pages on Wikipedia. Gotanda (talk) 09:52, 25 January 2018 (UTC)
Thank you for changing Wikipedia. We welcome all changes, but we can have only changes that are in simple English, and your new changes to "Potential energy" were not simple. Please see Wikipedia:How to write Simple English pages so you can write more simply in the future. Thank you. Auntof6 (talk) 10:49, 25 January 2018 (UTC)
Once the block has ended you can make helpful changes. Please read Wikipedia's blocking policy and remember that adding spam, making changes that do not have a neutral point of view, making personal attacks on others, not respecting other people's privacy, and vandalizing pages are not allowed. If you do any of these things, you will be blocked again.
If you think this block is unfair, you can ask to be unblocked by adding {{Unblock|your reason here}} below. If you cannot do this or the reason is private please send an e-mail to simple-admins-l@lists.wikimedia.org and an administrator will look at your reason and reply. You may want to read our guide to unblock requests before asking to be unblocked. Auntof6 (talk) 10:52, 25 January 2018 (UTC)Hello! The Wikimedia Foundation is asking for your feedback in a survey. RfD nomination of your userspace drafts[change source]
An editor has requested deletion of a number of userspace drafts you created.
Please comment on the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Requests for deletion/Requests/2018/Pages created by User:Attractor321 and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also change the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns. But you should not remove the requests for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you very much. TheDragonFire (talk) 14:08, 29 April 2018 (UTC)
