Isreal, wikimania, Haifa
Hello - I've left a message on the general talk page for you. I feel sheepish for having got an idea you were from Isreal and asked question assuming you were. But the ideas for the presentation are probably still good! Kathybramley (talk) 09:07, 5 April 2011 (UTC)
Some guy of the same Goodvac
Goblin, there are a group of templates used for comparison tables, see Template:Table cell templates/doc. One of the templates is named Good. If an editor copies a page from enwp to simple containing the good template, the simple page will be marked as good. I built a workaround for the comparison tables in the documentation page. But if someone misses it, I thought the hat-note on our good template would help. The first time I ran into this problem, it drove me nuts trying to find out where the good icon was coming from. Maybe I did not explain it well enough.--The Three Headed Knight (talk) 23:46, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
- Simple answer is check what templates are being displayed if you're importing from enwp. We shouldn't be blindly copying verbatim and if people aren't checking about it there's not much we can or should do about that, to be blunt. People will be just as unlikely to click through too if they're the sort to blindly copy and paste without checking, thus why it's not needed. Idk. Probably needs more discussion if it's going in as it seems completely pointless. Goblin 23:52, 22 April 2011 (UTC) I ♥ Nifky!
