Adhering to the English Wikipedia[change source]

I was wondering how closely we should correlate naming conventions and articles with en. For instance, simple has the old Category:Computer and video games moniker; should that be changed? Should we replicate the categories of genres and company categories? I've already re-catted most of the articles into their appropriate platform cat, but that's it.
