Please do not just copy from English Wikipedia[change source]

Dipankan001, Please do not just copy from English Wikipedia. This is Simple English Wikipedia. All language here must be simple. See Wikipedia:How_to_copy_from_another_Wikipedia. I marked several of your new articles for deletion. But, you can write simple versions of those articles if you like. Regards, Gotanda (talk) 03:47, 6 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I see you are making some shorter articles now. That is better than just copying. I added some categories and other things to J._R._D._Tata. Please see that example. Thanks, Gotanda (talk) 04:06, 6 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

We like and strongly encourage helpful changes to Wikipedia, but "Bharat Ratna" was directly copied and pasted from the main English Wikipedia. Please do not do that, as such articles are usually too complex and may have templates that do not exist here. Thank you. Pmlineditor (t · c · l) 15:38, 6 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Quick deletion of Bharat Ratna[change source]

The page you wrote, Bharat Ratna, has been selected for quick deletion. This is because the page was a page that didn't say why the subject was notable. If you think this page should be kept, please add {{wait}} below the line {{QD}} and say why on the talk page. If the page is already gone, but you think this was an error, you can ask for it to be undeleted. Auntof6 (talk) 05:11, 7 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

RfD nomination of Template:Infobox cricket team[change source]

An editor has requested deletion of Template:Infobox cricket team, an article you created. We appreciate your changes, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Please comment on the discussion by adding your comments at the discussion page and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also change the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns. But you should not remove the requests for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you very much. Auntof6 (talk) 07:40, 10 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
