Just ignore him for now, if you keep responding he will keep talking. I could probably protect his page but I don't really want to be the one to say no you can't come back and then also be the one to say no you can't ask to come back again. Yeah, that was my last post, actually. I had already decided to step back after that one. I felt the comment was warranted so someone may look at the history of his talk page on EN and get more insight into his pleas and how they work. It's almost an MoS for him at this point.
