Hello to help you get started:

Articles

There are some basic rules to all articles. Such rules are:

• The neutral-view policy.
• Do not bring articles from English Wikipedia, becuase they are often too difficult to read, and can use templates that do not exist here.
• Do not insert copyrighted or non-free-use material in articles.
• Remember the QD (quick deletion) criteria.

Other

Some basic rules for talking on the wiki.

• Do not bite newcomers.
• Vandalism is a no-no on all namespaces.

Actions

Some actions that can be taken as an IP:

• Create your own articles.
• Edit other articles.
• View sources of protected articles.
• Check history of pages.

When you register:

• Move pages (after a while.)
• Undo vandalism with rollback (after a while.)
• Request adminship (after about 1,000 edits and six months of experience. You also need e-mail in your profile.)
• Can own a bot with another account.

As an admin:

• Delete/undelete pages.
• Rollback granted automatically.
• Block or ban/unblock/unban users.
• Request bureaucrat position.
• Request checkuser position.
• Request oversighter position.

As a bureaucrat:

• Promote editors to administrators.
• Global control of users.
• Can change editors' usernames.

Article statuses

Articles can get promoted or demoted their current status.

• VGA. See WP:VGA.

User page expansion

Hi,

You should try adding "userboxes" to your user page to introduce yourself. Actually, a user page is made for that. But don't worry -- my user page had a few errors too, and regardless, being bold is the key!

Here are a few basic templates:

Reverting Vandalism

Once your account is at least 4 days old, and you have made at least 10 edits, you can start to revert vandalism. Click the "New changes" link and peek at an article. Perhaps you might want to enable Twinkle or Huggle, because erasing vandalism by hand can be quite difficult! Eventually you could earn barnstars for all your hard work! :)
