User talk:Light-house
July 2017[change source]
Welcome to Wikipedia. You might not have done it on purpose, but your recent change removed helpful information from Wikipedia. We ask that you do not remove things from pages, as you did to "Lighthouse", without giving a good reason in the change summary. If it was a mistake, do not worry. The part of the article you removed has been put back. If you want to try things out, please use the sandbox. If you would like to learn how to help Wikipedia, please see the welcome page. Thank you. Sharing accounts[change source]
On your user page you said "No names are to be used we will all use the username Lighthouse 2017." Please note that this is not allowed per Wikipedia policy. Only one person is allowed to use an account. Shared accounts are blocked on Wikipedia. If your class is going to work on Wikipedia, each student will need his or her own account.
Before you get started on the project you should read through Wikipedia:Schools/Teachers'_Guide#Wikipedia_in_the_classroom and Wikipedia:Schools/Projects and list your project at that page. Only (talk) 17:00, 16 July 2017 (UTC)
Please do not make unhelpful changes to Wikipedia, like you did to Isles of Scilly. The changes you made seem to be vandalism and have been automatically reverted. If you want to try changing Wikipedia to learn more about how it works, please use the sandbox.

Demonstrations[change source]
If you intend to demonstrate editing to your students, please do not do so on articles. These edits are disruptive, and will be reverted. Please note that continuing to make such edits may result in your editing privileges being revoked. Please use your userspace or the sandbox for demonstration purposes should you need to. Per Only, we do not allow shared accounts. If this account is being used by your students as well, we will require that each student creates their own individual account.
