Hello, Phaedriel, and welcome to the Simple English Wikipedia! I hope you will be happy helping here. You should begin by reading these pages: Wikipedia:Useful, Help:Contents, Wikipedia:Policies and guidelines, and how to write Simple English articles. If you want some ideas of which pages to work on, read Wikipedia:Requested articles or the list of wanted pages.

Even though it is a good idea to research an article (like looking at the discussion page) before making large changes, please be bold and try! Any changes you make that are not perfect can be fixed later. We are also working most on core articles and the most common topics until this Wikipedia grows.

If you want to ask a question or talk with other members, you can visit our version of the "village pump" at Wikipedia:Simple talk. Administrators on Wikipedia can also help you with more difficult problems. You can also ask me for help. The best way to do that is to leave a message on my talk page. You should always sign your messages on Talk pages by typing "~~~~" (four tildes) at the end of your words.

Good luck and happy editing! Sean William 02:03, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Comanche help, please

Dear Phaedrial,

You seem to know about Comanche (I help the article somewhat). Could you please give me the pronunciation of Numunuu? Thanks, --Zoey 05:56, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks :) By the way, on IRC yesterday, you were asking about Kylu. I hope you know she hasn't dropped by since months ago. P.S, when you were on channel GeoWiki, you were asking about someone named Carmen and how much you missed her. Yeah, um I don't know what you were talking about there, I don't know ANYTHING about en :(. Sorry, but everything you mentioned yesterday, I'm not sure of. Thanks again, --Zoey 22:52, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, if you can drop by http://java.freenode.net (channel wikipedia-simple), I'll tell you what happened :), thanks for confirmation, (by the way, I might log off without saying good-bye because my computer had restarted). --Zoey 23:27, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is it okay if I smooch off your userpage? --zoey reply 20:16, 20 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Comanche Wikipedia

Is there a Comanche Wikipedia? You may want to join. If not, you may want to start your own Wikipedia. j. rand|talk| ε contribs|email 04:15, 24 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fvasconcellos impersonator

Thanks for your message, I've now renamed the vandal so he can create an account, and I'll notify the 'real' Fvasconcellos on his EN talk. Archer7 - talk 23:05, 26 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I do not believe I am a vandal. I can not even see you have the power to remove my RfA (only buracats can do that). I am trying to edit constructivly (those edits to U/PB8:Nav were to get it to work).

Anyway, thanks for the welcome.

Punk Boi 8 06:31, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not trying to side with Punk Boi 8, but I think that you had no authority to remove his/her RfA. Yet, I still agree with you that the RfA should have been closed per en:WP:SNOW. (But it is still embarassing to me being the only one voting in a useless RfA.) --§ Snake311 (T + C) 06:36, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Agree with above, I just did not think before editing. I apoligize and will think before editing. -- Punk Boi 8 06:38, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry but because you spreaded out vulnerable information about your past background, some strict admin could simply block you without notice if they found out. Try again next time. --§ Snake311 (T + C) 06:41, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

re: Chocolate!

Lovely to meet you Phaedriel! I would send you some, but I fear it would melt in the post, rendering it only useful for a paperweight :(. Thanks for your good tidings! I'll have a good one and I hope you have one too. Gwib-(talk)- 10:02, 11 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Saturn

Hello, thank you for helping out remove the red links and creating the articles! Hope you can also have a look at the article and copyedit a little if you can, please? I appreciate your help. RaNdOm26 07:30, 12 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

World Party Day

Sorry for the welcome template slip. Thanks for picking it up so quickly.

I restored the complex tag to World Party Day. I can't handle simplifying it at the moment, maybe Cronobot will before taking the template away.---barliner--talk--contribs- 12:17, 13 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestion and question

I have a suggestion and a question:

Suggestion
I really enjoy reading your writings, but you sometimes write really long messages. I think you don't want to leave anything unsaid, but nevertheless, long messages are more likely not to be read, or to be read carelessly. I though I could humbly suggest you to, sort of, refactor your messages.
Question
Based on the "love" you add to your signature some times, and regarding the colors you've used on your user page, I'm curious to know if you are a "she" or a "he".

Best of all, - Huji reply 10:01, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

PS:I'm watching, reply here.

Seems like you didn't read my PS above! ;) About your name, as I'm not a native English speaker, I'm not really good in deciding if Sharon is a name for men or women. :( Of course this makes things very clear :p And I see you are Indian (oh, and I've got good Indian friends in real life).
About your calling me a "fantastic" editor... well I feel my chicks go red! To assure you, my RfA didn't really make me sad; I felt good about the opposing votes, where there were good reasoning behind them, frankly :) To me, becoming an admin was (and is) only a way to help better here; that's all! I have many other ways to help, as well :)
Thank you for your kind message, darling. We may talk later when I'm back from my journey. - Huji reply 10:30, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

By the way (and in no way pressuring you), I'm still missing you on GTalk :(. I forgot to give you a *hug* of support last week, so this one is overdue: *hug*. I hope you're doing fine regardless of the unpleasantries. Best wishes, Sceptre 00:30, 25 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
