Linking to my userpage[change source]

I have an account on normal english wikipedia but i would like a link to it from my simple english wikipedia page. What code would be needed for this? (the text I want is: "Please visit my page") I thoght it should be: [[English:User:Pianoplonkers| Please visit my page]] but it doesn't work. Hello there, to link to your English Wikipedia user page the best way to do it is: [[en:User:Pianoplonkers|Please visit my page!]] which will give you this: Please visit my page!

The reason it is "en" rather than "English" is because the part before "wikipedia.org" in the URL bar says "simple" or "en". Hope this helps! If you need anything else, give me a shout! :) Kennedy (talk • changes). 18:02, 15 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
