Changing colour in warm templates[change source]

Why I did this?[change source]
@IWI At first, when I warn a user at a level 2 warning notice, it has a blue information icon, which I thought that it wasn't correct, therefore I changed the information icon from blue to orange, which I thought better. I was changing those level 2 warning templates when I got notifications that contains "your edits was reverted" due to changing icon without reason/consensus.
