April 2015[change source]

Hello, Pyrros. It looks like "S-train" was derived from the English Wikipedia or another version of Wikipedia. If that is indeed the case, please make sure you add some form of attribution, either in your change summary or on the article's talk page. This must be done, even for derivative works, or the article will be deleted in time. More instructions on how to do this are at Wikipedia:Transwiki attribution. Thank you. Also, articles copied from other wikis must be simplified. Please see: Wikipedia:How to copy from another Wikipedia User:Rus793 (talk) 14:38, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Rus, it's completely translated from the article on dawiki's header. It's also credited in the articles history, so I don't quite get what you mean. But, I'll do it now. That for updating me, --Pyrros (talk) 15:04, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Pyrros,
I can do two things for you. First, I temporarily withdrew the QD request. That may prevent it from being quickly deleted, we'll see. But there is still the issue of simplification covered in the How to copy... link. Also, there is always going to be some cleanup when you translate from one language to another. Secondly, I can edit the page based on the article at en:S-train. It's already in English which eliminates the translation cleanup that would otherwise be needed. I'll simplify and wikify it as an example, then see what you think. I'm just showing you one example of editing the page, not the only way of doing it. It's just expedient for me and will show you a good example. Then you can add any changes (per simplewiki guidlines and policies) you like. Also, I'm only going to edit as a stub, not the whole page. If you'd like you can continue adding more to the article. Just so we're covered here I'll add a second attribution template to the talk page. The one you added is perfect, except for changes I'll make based on another version of the article. This addresses the copying from another wikipedia link above and not just the attribution issue. Thanks User:Rus793 (talk) 21:30, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I finished the basic edit, added a stub template and a category. I lightened up on the technical information and added general information from the enwiki article. So the article as it stands is a mix of the dewiki and enwiki articles plus information from the sources I used as citations. Anything you'd like to add or edit, go right ahead. Notice the sentences are shorter and the links are to other simplewiki articles and Simple Wiktionary. Red links (to future articles) are allowed. Please ask if you have any questions or comments. I hope this helps. Thanks User:Rus793 (talk) 22:21, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
