Naming new pages[change source]

Take special care when naming a new page. You recently created two pages here whose names required changing with the Move function:

All Progressives Congress (not "Progressive")
Ahmed Lawan (not "Lawal")
Aliyu Mai-Bornu (hyphenated surname)

A good practice I can recommend: when creating a new page here, especially when based on a page already existing in the main English Wikipedia: copy the page name from there or from the item in Wikidata. It's also valuable to check the Wikidata item for more content you might use. Then when you've created the page in Simple English Wikipedia, you can add it as "simple" to the list of Wikipedias in the Wikidata item. -- Deborahjay (talk) 12:58, 27 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
