The user you had reported had no edits and anyways no such user exists here on Simple English Wikipedia. It is good if you were trying to help, but please check the username and their edits before reporting again. There is a user with the same username on English Wikipedia and if you think they are causing a problem there, then please report them on the English Wikipedia itself, not here. Thank you.
