I read the "ONESTRIKE" Rule thoroughly, and I made sure not to do anything wrong, and I don't think I did, so can someone tell me what is the purpose of this ban??

(Based on the Request above:) Perhaps I have 2 registered accounts on this Wikipedia, the account I am writing from right now and Dino245, but Dino245 is not active, and hasn't been for a very long time. This is not a violation according to WP:SOCK. Honestly, I am sorry for my actions on the English Wikipedia (please spread my word there as I have lost talk page access, though I do not think that I have done any wrong on this one.
