We don't have a "help desk" per say, and I'm not sure what exactly you're meaning. But here are some links, disclaimer notices, Wikipedia policies, Copyrights, and if you're not sure about a policy, and we have no Wikipedia page on it, then pretty much go with the English Wikipedia policy on it (except for images and Simple English).
