@Yunshui https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Boomer_Vial this user is pursuing me and as a admistrator he has to be neutral.But he is not,he take everything personally See on my talk page He is doing same tricks on simple wiki see english wiki section I am currently block on English wiki due to sock puppetry.thats why i cant reply he take benefit of it and doing frustration on me,and comment here and there globally.Take a action against frustrated man or to tell him stop pursuing me.and see also on english wiki Hammadsaeed (talk) 07:23, 19 March 2017 (UTC)

I am not an administrator here on simple-wiki, and since I rarely edit here, I do not know its rules and policies and cannot advise you. My interest is primarily in the English Wikipedia, where you are blocked from editing for repeatedly abusing multiple accounts.
