Vayres, Gironde

Vayres is a commune. It is found in the Aquitaine region in the Gironde department in the southwest of France. It has a church, 2 bakers and a castle.[1][2]

People have lived in Vayres since ancient history. It was on the roman road from Bordeaux to Périgueux. Vayres is in a place where two rivers met, which made Vayres important.[3]
