Verdun Scott

Verdun John Scott was born on 31 July 1916. He died on 2 August 1980. Scott was a sportsman who played for New Zealand. He played both Test cricket and rugby league. As of 2022 he is the only player to have played both. In World War II he went to Egypt and Italy. [1]
