Vijay (director)

Vijay Reddy (1936 – 9 October 2020) was an Indian movie director and screenwriter. He was born in Tadepalligudem, Andhra Pradesh. His career began in 1970 and he retired in 2003. He directed Gandhada Gudi, Mayura and Mojugara Sogasugara. His first movie was Rangamahal Rahasya and his last was Hrudayanjali.

Vijay died at a hospital in Chennai on 9 October 2020 from cardiac arrest at the age of 84.
