Vijaya Mulay (16 May 1921 – 19 May 2019) was an Indian filmmaker, historian, writer, educationist and researcher. She is best for directing and writing animated short movie Ek Anek Aur Ekta (1974). For the movie, she won the National Film Award for Best Educational Film. She was born in Bombay.

Mulay died on 19 May 2019 at her south Delhi home. She was 98.[1]
