Vincent Frank Testaverde (b. 13 November 1963) is a retired American Football quarterback. He played college football for the Miami Hurricanes. In the National Football League, Testaverde played 21 seasons for seven different teams. He had much success, but also struggled with limiting turnovers, which was part of the reason he never stayed long with any professional team. Testaverde also never won a Super Bowl.

Testaverde was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1987. He struggled with them and went on to play for the Cleveland Browns. In 1996 with the new Baltimore Ravens, Testaverde threw 33 touchdown passes, over 4,100 passing yards, and 19 interceptions. He struggled again in 1997, and went on to the New York Jets, where he had success. Over his later career, Testaverde bounced around the league as a backup for multiple teams. In his final NFL season in 2007, Testaverde and David Carr split time. Testaverde later announced his retirement.

Testaverde holds several NFL records, but not all are positive. He has thrown a touchdown in 21 consecutive seasons. He has the most losses by a starting quarterback with 123. He has thrown touchdown passes to an NFL record 70 different players.

He and his wife, Mitzi, have two daughters, Alicia Marie and Madeleine, and a son, Vincent, Jr.
