Vivian Caver

Vivian Leona Mead Caver (June 13, 1928 – August 22, 2021) was an American Democratic politician. Caver was the third African-American woman to serve in the Washington House of Representatives. She was a member of the state house from 1994 to 1995. She was a human rights activist.[1][2] Caver was born in Jackson, Tennessee.

Caver died on August 22, 2021 in Seattle, Washington at the age of 93.[3]
