W. Tayloe Murphy Jr.

William Tayloe Murphy Jr. (January 9, 1933 – September 15, 2021) was an American Democratic politician. He was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates between 1982 and 2000. Murphy Jr. was Secretary of Natural Resources under Governor Mark Warner from 2002 until 2006.[1] Murphy Jr. was born in Richmond County, Virginia.

Murphy Jr. died on September 15, 2021 at the age of 88.[2]
