Walker Stapleton (born April 15, 1974) is an American Republican politician. He is the State Treasurer of Colorado, having taken office on January 11, 2011.

Stapleton is a Bush family relative. He graduated from Williams College and received a M.A. from London School of Economics. He earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

In September 2017, Stapleton announced his candidacy for Governor of Colorado.[1] He lost the election to Jared Polis in the general election in November 2018.
