Walton Sanders Goggins Jr. (born November 10, 1971) is an American actor. He is known for roles in movies such as Clay Hawkins in Lincoln (2012), Billy Crash in Django Unchained (2012), Chris Mannix in The Hateful Eight (2015), Lawrence in Maze Runner: The Death Cure (2018), Mathias Vogel in Tomb Raider (2018) and Sonny Burch in Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018). His TV roles include Shane Vendrell in The Shield (2002–2008), Boyd Crowder in Justified (2010–2015), Venus Van Dam in Sons of Anarchy (2012–2014) and Lee Russell in Vice Principals (2016–2017). He was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his work in Justified.

Goggins also produced and starred in the short movie The Accountant (2001). It won an Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film.[1]

Goggins was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He grew up in Lithia Springs, Georgia. He married Canadian businesswoman Leanne Kaun in 2001. They were married until her death by suicide in 2004.[2] He married Nadia Conners in 2011. The couple have a son.
