Welshpool railway station (Welsh: Gorsaf reilffordd Y Trallwng) is a train station in Welshpool, Wales. It opened in 1860 and is managed by Transport for Wales.

It is on the Cambrian Line between Shrewsbury and Aberystwyth and Pwllheli and is the first stop on the line that is in Wales.

Welshpool station has a regular train every two hours heading both west to Aberystwyth and Pwllheli and east to Shrewsbury and Birmingham International. Also, on weekday mornings and evenings and Saturday mornings and evenings, there is an extra train every hour between Aberystwyth and Shrewsbury.
