Whitney Dosty (born February 25, 1988) is an American gold medal winning sitting volleyball player, former volleyball player, model and fashion designer . [1][2]

She won a gold medal at the and 2020 Summer Paralympics.[3][4] She also has played professional volleyball (standing) in Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Korea, Azerbaijan and Turkey.

When Dosty was young, she studied Ballet with Alvin Ailey, American Ballet Theatre and the Dance Theatre of Harlem in New York City She graduated from University of Arizona where she played Volleyball.[5] After an injury to her ankle stopped her from playing (standing) volleyball, she started playing sitting volleyball.
