Review by Ryan†Cross (talk) - Ohai Sebb. I basically went through all of your edits, and you seem to be doing good. You revert vandalism ([1][2]), you do some editing in the project space and some administrative areas ([3][4][5][6][7][8][9]), you joined some WikiProjects (like mine), and you do some mainspace editing. Now, I only have a few minor-medium concerns. You seem to talk a lot to people about subjects not related to Wikipedia (i.e

[10] and a few more). You also tend to say "hi" to a batch of people ([11] and a few more). While it is good to be friendly, just don't overdue talking to people. We are encyclopedia builders, not myspace surfers. Oh, yes, I saw you create a user box in template space. Well here, we don't really allow ubxs in template space, but they are allowed in user space. Also, try to make more major/big edits than just small fixes one edit after another. You tend to do that. Try to get your mainspace count over and always over your talk and user space counts. 38.27% of your edits are currently in talkspace, and only 18.52% of your edits in the mainspace. Mainspace is much more important than any other namespace. Just make sure you remember that quality edits matter, not quantity. Working in template and category space is also good. Try to get an article you create and work on to WP:GA, and hopefully WP:VGA. I currently have 1 GA (i.e baseball uniform). Well, that's all I have to say. Feel free to ask me questions if your having a problem or something. Your doing good so far, but just try to work on the things I pointed above, and you'll do great.         Well, we actually do have an adoption program (See WP:WIKIPROJECT) but we're not using it yet. Too small of a wiki I think. People learn by themselves since it's so small. I know I have. :) -- Ryan†Cross (talk) 12:18, 29 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
Well, I'm working on Scranton, Pennsylvania right now, and I think it will look good when i expand it.
Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Thankfully no. I intend to deal with future conflict (if there is any) by keeping a cool head.
