I'd like to use the rollback feature to make reverting vandalism easier. I've been editing here for a couple of months and read the rules on Wikipedia:Rollback feature. I usually know how to distinguish vandalism from other problems, and I also try to always leave relevant warnings for users afterwards. I'm currently a rollbacker on English Wikipedia, so I've used the feature in the past. – Aranya (talk) 14:54, 15 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Done Experience on other wikis, almost 500 edits here, no evident issues in recent reverts, and overall helpful contributions. No issues in granting. Best regards, Vermont (talk) 15:12, 15 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

So far, I have been reverting many edits with undo, which both does not allow for multiple edits and takes longer. I would like to request rollback as an easier way of dealing with such edits. I have read Wikipedia:Rollback feature and plan to continue using undo for good-faith edits (substituting the default summary for an explanation). In addition, I often find myself having to revert 10+ or more edits from the same person, due to large-scale disruptions or long-term abuse. Please consider this permissions request, and let me know if you have any questions. Naleksuh (talk) 01:05, 25 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Naleksuh I was reviewing your edits and notice that you do, indeed, have a good history of reverting vandalism on the project and constructively contributing. However, I did notice that you don't often leave user warnings on the talk pages of editors you revert. Can you explain why you do not? This isn't written as a requirement on this project, but it is strongly recommend. There are a few good tools to help you with this, like WP:TWINKLE which Thegooduser told you about on your talk page. Operator873talkconnect 04:02, 25 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Operator873: I try to warn as much as possible, the cases in which I don't warn might be because the edit is good-faith, for people like LTAs that should be blocked straight away instead of getting warnings, giving only a single warning when multiple edits have been reverted, but other than that I should warn pretty consistently, although I may have missed one or two. Have you noticed that I don't warn people as much as I should? Naleksuh (talk) 04:47, 25 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Naleksuh I apologize, I went to look through your edits again and couldn't find the same pattern I was looking at last night. So I'll have to retract my question and find that you do warn were appropriate. I'll go ahead and provide the tool to you. Ensure that you use it wisely and appropriately.  Done Operator873talkconnect 16:33, 25 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
