- I am pretty active in counter-vandalism, 125 reverts or so with the Undo and Twinkle rollback tools. Would like to get rollback to continue to help out, save a little extra time, and make my life easier. I understand when rollback can and can't be used and commit to only using in accordance with policy (only to revert clear vandalism, my own mistake, etc.). Thank you and have a nice day! - Please explain about w:special:permalink/1224626313#May_2024, w:special:permalink/1224626313#CVUA, w:special:permalink/1224626313#Unblock_Request, and your improvements since these occasions. MathXplore (talk) 03:57, 21 May 2024 (UTC)
- Okay. Essentially what happened was, when trying to revert vandalism, I made a bunch of mistakes that were getting disruptive, so ToBeFree blocked me. Therefore, since I couldn't revert vandalism or edit the CVUA page, CVUA had to be paused. My unblock was declined since they thought a month of pause would be good, and that I hadn't clearly gotten across what I was saying and it seemed like I thought Counter-Vandalism was a race. Anyways, my improvments. I realize what I did wrong (persistently being unintentially disruptive during Counter-Vandalism) and am committed to continuing to improve. While I obviously can't show that I've improved on enwiki, as far I can see I've been fine over here (which is, after all, where I'm asking for rollback). Hope this helps and sorry for the late response. Thank you and have a nice day!@MathXplore Me Da Wikipedian (talk) 00:06, 24 May 2024 (UTC)

I think, based on your activities on enwiki, you should wait a while for RB and use undo or Twinkle to deal with reverts. Unlike enwiki we don't have hundreds of editors reviewing recent changes and bad edits made as good faith changes can slip by us. I appreciate that everyone makes mistakes and I'm not immune from that myself having RB is not a permission to use whilst learning it's a permission where you act practically perfectly. Keep working with the tools you have access to and apply again in the future. Thanks for helping. fr33kman 00:24, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
- I am aware of that. Do you have an instance where I have done something wrong on this wiki? Because, this is after all an issue of whether or not I should have it here. As far I know, I have been fine here. Think about it, if not for my enwiki account, would you still be oppossed to giving me rollback? If the answer is no, then think if behavior from 3 weeks ago, that I have apologized for and committ to improving, and that, as far as I know, I have not repeated here, is reason to deny this request.@Fr33kman Me Da Wikipedian (talk) 10:43, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
- If the governor of one state broke the law and got fired from office would you vote for that person if he ran for governor in the next state? Probably not. This case is one of the few times where an editors actions on a different wiki has consequences here. For now you'll have to wait. Keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure you'll get it later. fr33kman 16:24, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
- No, I would not. If you think I am not ready, than okay. However, breaking a law, and making accidental mistakes (that was fixed without too much issue) are very different. When would you say that you be willing to give this to me? Is there anything I can actually do, here (other than continuing what I'm doing) to help?@Fr33kman Me Da Wikipedian (talk) 19:37, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
- There's no set time, just keep doing what you are and we'll see. When your block is over on enwiki and you've been active here for a while, ask again and we'll see. You need to build up a feeling of confidence in the admins before we'll give you RB. fr33kman 20:50, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
- Okay, sure. I still don't understand why the fact that I made mistakes on enwiki, mistake which I have apologized for, committed to not doing, and understand, and which I have not repeated here, is causing you to decline this, though@Fr33kman Me Da Wikipedian (talk) 21:00, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
- The fact that you don't understand that is the reason you've been told to wait. Perhaps thinking about it more might clear it up for you. For now the answer if a no. fr33kman 22:04, 24 May 2024 (UTC)

- It has now been nearly 4 weeks since this, of which nearly 2 I have been unblocked on enwiki. Would you still be opposed to granting me rollback? @Fr33kman@MathXplore Me Da Wikipedian (talk) 17:13, 18 June 2024 (UTC)

- I would like to request the rollback right to help with reverting vandalism here. I watch the recent changes using Huggle or SWviewer and want to be able to revert those types as edits as quickly as possible. I've read up on the rules for rollback on this specific wiki and I am already familiar with how to use rollback since I have rollback rights on enwiki and rwwiki (verify). Let me know if there are any questions or concerns, thanks. Ternera (talk) 15:58, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
- (Not an admin but...) please remember to warn users. In around 60% of your reverts you seem to have forgot. @Ternera Me Da Wikipedian (talk) 18:13, 21 June 2024 (UTC)
- Administrator note: Currently the user has global rollback, no local action needed. MathXplore (talk) 06:29, 8 July 2024 (UTC)
