William Gianelli

William Gianelli (born February 19, 1919) is an American lawyer, engineer and politician. He was the United States Assistant Secretary of the Army (Civil Works) from 1981 to 1984 during the Ronald Reagan.[1] Before this, Gianelli as head of the California Department of Water Resources.[2] He was born in Stockton, California.
