Wolframite
Appearance
Wolframite is a type of ore. It is not a single mineral, but a solid solution of hübnerite (manganese(II) tungstate, MnWO4) and ferberite (iron(II) tungstate, FeWO4). Wolframite is one of two main ores of tungsten. The other is scheelite.
It is a black or brown mineral.
