In 2019, she participated in the 2019 African Games [en] representing the country of Egypt. On August 20, Sharafeldin lost against fellow Egyptian Gantan Elaskary, and she later that same day would lose to against Morocco's Youssra Matine both with a score of 2-1.[1][2]
