In 2019, she participated in the 2019 African Games (en) representing the country of Egypt. On August 20, Sharafeldin lost against fellow Egyptian Gantan Elaskary, and she later that same day would lose to against Morocco's Youssra Matine both with a score of 2-1.[1][2]
